It was so good that I immediately ordered the 2 one gallon containers. I mix it with everything, smoothies, protein power, juice...you name it, you can mix with EWI. It's pasteurized, so there no fear of salmonella poisoning. It come frozen and takes a few days to defrost. Just be sure to order the hand pump for a few dollars more, and ensure they send the 1 gallon pump extension. It even safe enough to give to youth and teens. My son has no idea that he's drinking egg whites. It's that good! So rather you looking to lean out, bulk up or lose weight, get Egg Whites from Egg Whites International!
